"This is not a restaurant but a culinary experience. Served and entertained by the head chef Oumar, with Caribbean, African and Jamaican flavours and fused with a soul food twist. You can see why it's the Trip Advisor winner of 2022, 2023 and 2024, boasting an almost perfect review score."

"I can't believe I missed this little gem... We got a warm greeting when we walked in, our host/chef for the night was friendly and welcoming to the point we automatically felt at home which just a common occurrence when eating out. It felt more like visiting an old friend for dinner which I absolutely loved. The food is homely, filling and absolutely gorgeous. I found the flavours so addictive that I could stop myself eating even when I knew I was full. We had the Jerk chicken, Lamb Dibi, fried dumplings, Mac and cheese, and fries (side note- I don't rant and rave about fries normally cause I don't generally like them, but these were the nicest chips I've eaten in a very long time) I've lived in the area for a while and I can't believe I'd not been here before. If you're thinking about visiting, I couldn't recommend it enough. And I'm really looking forward to visiting again. In summary, food vibes and gorgeous food."

"I enjoy the selective variety and combination mixture of food at his café. The food he makes is beautiful, delicious, wonderful, spontaneous, very tasty, and lovely. Thrill food vibes to the beat. Fabulous and helpful customer service. There is significant scientific evidence and theory, notably the “self-domestication hypothesis,” suggesting that humans have evolved to be friendly, with friendliness and cooperation being key factors in our species’ survival and reproductive success over long evolutionary timescales. This evolutionary trajectory, favouring cooperative traits over aggression, even led to the hypothesis that humanity underwent a process of “survival of the friendliest.” So when a cafe serves great food with genuine warmth, it does more than fill your stomach. It lifts your mood, eases stress, and reminds you that friendliness is part of who we are. A little kindness, a good meal, and a smile can brighten the whole day."
